If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
Refund policy
Notice
For orders up to 150 euros, VAT/Sales Tax is now included in price paid at checkout for EU customers. Orders over 150 euros may incur additional taxes and customs duty (costs may vary by country).

RETURNS
We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organize a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.
Unfortunately we do not replace damaged items or product discrepancies after 30 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION
IMPORT DUTY
As a company we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may require you to pay. It is your responsibility to check your import authority's terms & conditions for these costs. We are also not allowed to manipulate invoices or change the total amount for you.
EU customers - Countries within the EU are now liable to pay import duties and/or taxes on items delivered from the US. This should ensure your orders pass through customs smoothly and efficiently.
Canadian customers – Please note that any order over the value of $10 CAD may incur a customs fee. This fee is based on the value of your order and cannot be predicted by us. This is Canadian Customs standard fee, and out of our control.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
All limited edition prints are made to order with a production time of 5 - 7 working days. Please add this to the estimated delivery times in the above tables.
ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS
Because of the higher value of original oil paintings and to ensure their safe delivery, they require specialist packing. Please allow 5 - 7 working days on top of the estimated times for delivery.
